Oh, what's that?

It's a small start, but it will slowly grow to something. In fact, it will help users to create content about Pyramadis so they can upload stuff all over the Internet.

Let's talk about marketing

Oh well, well, well. "Chill Bill", like I used to say those days. Probably something like "take it easy" or "nice". I don't exactly know why I'm saying this expression, but I will probablly discover it one day...

Let's come back to the project. It seems that people find that it's a weird project.. and yes it's! At least, the people is interested and the world will be! Actually, Pyramadis had a bad 7 unique visitors per day before launching any marketing campaign. Which is, between us, very bad for advertisers! Well, let's think "Chill Bill" and let's make some marketing together! When I started last week with Jean-Manuel (thanks alot) we finally reached a peak of 165 unique visits the first day! Now, we have an average of 100 unique visitors a day... which is, again between us only, very far better than 7 !

Ok, so what's the point? The point is that 100 unique visits per day is still "crap" and we won't go much far with this. People will starting take us seriously when we will have something around at least 500 or 1 000 visits per day. Then, if you like the idea behind the project, why don't you help us and together we will make it a success!

I will soon put some new sections on the website: referral and affiliates.

Referral will give bonus resources to users that invite their friends by email or with a personal link to recruit some other citizens (members of pyramadis).

Affiliates will give an important gift to all citizens, webmasters with basic HTML knownledge, that will make external content about Pyramadis. If they make an article, a blog or something related to Pyramadis (contests, games - tetris, pyramids - egypt), they will receive a gift according to what they did.

Basically, Pyramadis needs to increase its popularity! Let's become known and .. hmm hmm .. "Chill Bill" ... famous :)

It will be an important step for advertisers to thrust us.

Pyramadis: pyramids of ads

The eternal city
Pyramadis comes from «Pyram» and «Adis» meaning «Pyramids of ads» in the local dialect of the first pharaonic dynasty Zyros established in 2994 B.C.. Pyramadis is the name of the eternal city created by the Pharaoh Zyros in 2969 before our era whereas he was 25 years old. Having inherited of a magic talisman revealing the future, the pharaoh discovered that the future of humanity was unsure.

The perfect alignment of the pyramids
Thus, Zyros asked to all rich and noble kings investors of ancien Egypt to contribute in the construction of 7 pyramids, making Pyramadis. Their perfect alignment would create an absolute beneficial power for humanity for centuries and centuries to come. Will you contribute to their construction?

A rewarded contribution
The principle is simple. The rich kings investors place an advertising block on each of the 7 pyramids of Pyramadis. The gold gathered allows the management of the workers, the transport of the stones and a perfect alignment of the pyramids to generate the awaited beneficial power. The Pharaoh Zyros rewards all the workers after each construction of pyramid by offering several cash prizes!

Duration of construction of the pyramids
With the contribution of the rich kings investors, the Pharaoh Zyros considers a minimal period of at least 1 000 days (2,7 years) to build all 7 pyramids which will give the beneficial power in the Pyramadis city. Thus, the kings enjoy a great period of exposure and traffic of visitors for their ads during that time.

Pyramadis: semi-official launch!

I finally launched Pyramadis this week! Ouch... a 3 months of work! I mostly worked full time and during some nights I was thinking... hmm what will I do?

Before starting the project, I needed some weeks to think. In fact, I wanted to find an original idea in order to get some money to start humanitarian projects with my micro company in software engineering (www.zyros.ca), web sites design and hosting. I want to work in something I like and it's by working for myself that I wish to do it. I would like to innovate a little in this world and build a dreamin' company... since it doesn't exist over the market!

With this project, I would want to have some good money in order to push my company vision: help humanity. I'm far to be miserly or focused on the money, but, for people who knows me, they know what my future plans are! I want to react and push people by offering engineering services to people and societies which need it.

So... and Pyramadis? Bah... I wanted to start a strange project only oriented and focused over the Web, with Web clients, with Web money, with Web business... After all, there's millions of dollars travelling all over by your little RJ45 cables! A real gold mine its .. this continuously growing universe. More than just a website, I want to start a real humanitarian project (check the website for latest news) !

Furthermore, we all noticed during the last years that companies are ready to invest millions or even milliard dollars on Internet. It's unbelievable... but we become virtual, less physical and more in this other dimension.

I wish that some important business man (note to Bill Gates) will reach my project and say: "Oh well... maybe we should invest some more millards at the good place".
